ITA team decided to introduce this program with hearing and speech impaired students. After orientation of this campaign ITA’s team signed an AJAZAT NAMA (permission) with the school principal. HPM team selected five vice captains and one focal teacher with the help of the school principal. The school principal told us these are very intelligent and active students of the school and have already done a lot of extra activities.
These students have participated diligently with their focal teacher in the Children Library Complex HPM training phase. They understood all activities with the help of focal teacher. Students fully enjoyed the activities. Because ITA (HPM team) has emphasized training with role play, demonstration and actions, so the hearing impaired vice captains understood all activities easily.

In the implementation phase, these vice captains successfully completed the 21 day plan in their school with the help of focal teacher and HPM materials and posters. They have educated all the students about the importance of hand washing and hair washing including their families! They have done these activities with other fellow students.
